Case report of spontaneous sino-cutaneous fistula in chronic rhinosinusitis

Abstract Background Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common disease characterized by inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, with symptoms such as nasal blockage, facial pain, hyposmia, and headache. We present an unusual case CRS in which patient presented ophthalmology department persistent pus discharge from upper eyelid for 6 months, despite being multiple courses antibiotics undergoing incision drainage procedures.
